Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join Robinsons Canningvale Group’s fast‑growing e‑commerce team. This is a full‑time remote position where you will shape the visual presentation and customer experience of an online retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts through to final print‑ready graphics and digital assets, delivering both web and print deliverables.
• Interpret creative briefs within brand guidelines, focusing on the end‑user and adapting campaign concepts accordingly.
• Apply UX and Mobile‑First design principles to ensure optimal performance across devices.
• Retouch, colour‑correct and produce ad‑hoc advertising and digital artwork.
• Contribute to and maintain brand guidelines across all channels.
• Create animated and motion assets that enhance visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple deadlines efficiently in an agile, fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house role for an online retailer.
• Strong understanding of the online consumer journey with a Mobile‑First mindset.
• Experience across website assets, social media (paid and organic), display advertising and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite for Mac, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Proficiency in creating print‑ready files and web‑optimized assets.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a small, dynamic team.
