Graphic Designer – Ecommerce & Product Infographics

About the role

OX Tools is looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to produce high‑impact product infographics, retouch images, and develop visual content that drives ecommerce sales and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality product infographics, images, and visual assets for ecommerce listings and digital channels using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use of logos, colour palettes, typography and other branding elements.
• Align all creative assets with marketplace requirements and project objectives, accurately communicating product features and benefits.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while preserving quality, accuracy and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate project status, timelines, potential roadblocks and workload concerns to stakeholders and team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience creating infographics and product images for ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative designs using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions.
• Highly organized, adaptable and able to work under changing priorities.
