About the role

The Graduate Trainee Program 2026 (Non-Technology) offers recent graduates a fast‑track entry into ING’s banking and finance operations. Starting in January 2027, participants will receive accelerated upskilling through technical and theoretical training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership across ING Hubs Philippines and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in structured training modules covering business analytics, finance, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams on real‑world projects.
• Participate in mentorship programmes and build a professional network within the organization.
• Potentially rotate through roles such as Junior Credit Analyst, Service Management & Process Management, or Business Analyst in Global COO Finance.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance/Accountancy, or related quantitative discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership in university organisations, projects, or committees.
• Strong academic performance; honors or Latin distinctions are a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving, project management, collaboration, and learning agility.
