Graduate Network Engineer – Ascent Program

About the role

Ericsson Philippines is looking for a recent graduate to join its Ascent Graduate program as a Network Engineer. You will work on design, optimization and audit of various network domains, supporting customers from pre‑sales through service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Track and prioritize customer service requests, handling critical and emergency cases.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide technical support for network issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely progress on service requests.
• Participate in operational review meetings and pre‑sales engagement activities.
• Identify add‑on sales opportunities and assist in developing service proposals.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (2025/2026 graduate).
• Up to 0–2 years of relevant experience through internships, thesis projects, student leadership or part‑time work.
• Curious, eager to learn, structured, reliable and collaborative.
• Data‑driven mindset with interest in automation and AI/ML technologies.
