Google for Education Lead – Tagalog & English

About the role

Google for Education is seeking a dynamic leader to head its go‑to‑market (GTM) efforts in the Philippines. The role combines sales, business development, and public‑sector partnership management to accelerate adoption of Google’s education portfolio, including Chromebooks, Workspace for Education, and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies that drive sales of Google education solutions across K‑12 and higher‑education institutions.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating product, marketing, and policy resources to achieve revenue targets.
• Engage with government ministries, local agencies, and regulatory bodies to build public‑private partnerships and influence education policy.
• Identify and pursue market‑creation opportunities, including policy advocacy and thought‑leadership programs.
• Negotiate and close large‑scale contracts, ensuring alignment with national education budgets and priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within ed‑tech, enterprise software, or hardware.
• Proven track record working with public‑sector clients such as government ministries or regulatory commissions.
• Fluent communication skills in both Tagalog and English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
