Global Trade Compliance Analyst

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is hiring a Global Trade Compliance Analyst for its Manila office on a hybrid basis. The role covers restricted party and sanctions screening, trade compliance systems and controls, and supports audits and compliance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor restricted party and sanctions screening across SAP GTS and non-GTS platforms, meeting service level commitments.
• Maintain trade compliance systems, controls, records, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Review, investigate and resolve screening exceptions, blocked transactions, compliance issues and escalations.
• Monitor regulatory and trade policy developments, assess their business impact and support policy updates and compliance communications.
• Develop, maintain and distribute global trade compliance KPIs, dashboards, metrics and management reports, and analyze performance trends to strengthen controls.
• Support audits, internal control reviews, remediation, compliance data collection and corrective action tracking.
• Manage compliance for controlled products, regulated materials and drug precursors, including documentation and regulatory implementation.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to standardize processes, strengthen governance, deliver training and ensure consistent compliance across IFF entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in trade compliance, compliance operations, shared services, supply chain, logistics or related functions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, and strong written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, databases or business applications.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and reporting tools.
• Nice to have: SAP GTS or other trade compliance systems, sanctions screening experience, audit support, compliance reporting or KPI management.
