Global Facilities & Engineering Expert

About the role

The Global Facilities & Engineering Expert will lead the implementation of facilities, engineering, environment, health, safety and security (EHS&S) standards across our Alabang site. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and resilient workplace that supports business continuity and employee wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement and enforce security standards, policies, procedures, SOPs and guidelines related to GFE, EHS and security.
• Coordinate the development and deployment of Group GFE/EHS policies, best practices and local regulatory requirements.
• Develop, conduct and support governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations and assessments of facility and personnel security effectiveness.
• Promote GFE/EHS activities to increase awareness across all functions.
• Oversee office developmental and structural changes such as renovations, refurbishments, improvements and furniture installations.
• Drive renewal of necessary licenses and permits.
• Conduct regular facilities inspections, recommend and implement mechanical, electrical and maintenance improvements.
• Manage security, reception and utilities personnel.
• Handle procurement and contract management for GFE‑related vendors and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Office Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a BPO or shared‑services environment.
• DOLE‑certified Safety Officer 3 (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proven experience leading projects and managing stakeholders.
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite daily at the Alabang office.
