Gestionnaire de travaux (H/F)

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee the preparation and execution of construction sites. You will lead a team, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and act as the main communication hub between clients and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare site documentation, permits, and installations.
• Organise site operations, including planning, personnel, equipment, and material supply.
• Prepare and lead site meetings.
• Produce progress reports and site financial accounts.
• Manage safety and environmental aspects of the site.
• Maintain effective communication with owners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Industrial engineering degree specialized in construction.
• Proactive, dynamic, rigorous and well‑organized.
• Ability to lead a team and foster motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.
• Flexible working hours and holder of a driving licence (category B).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfortable using web‑based platforms.
• Knowledge of CAD (DAO) and ability to produce as‑built plans.
