General Manager – Mall Operations (Alabang)

About the role

The Mall General Manager leads all aspects of mall management for Festival Supermall in Alabang. This senior position is responsible for driving foot traffic, increasing sales, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the mall’s marketing plan, annual event calendar, website, social media, and branding in line with corporate guidelines.
• Conduct market scans, create leasing strategies, manage kiosk leasing, and negotiate tenant contracts to achieve optimal tenant mix and revenue targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including tenant onboarding/off‑boarding, design & construction guidelines, housekeeping, and facilities maintenance.
• Resolve tenant complaints promptly while maintaining compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Maintain security control plans, ensure occupational health and safety compliance, and supervise third‑party security reporting.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics for the mall.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale retail or shopping‑center properties.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and security oversight.
