General Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on General Manager to lead Kingsman Group’s multi‑site operations across the Philippines. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving performance, profitability and the expansion of our Metropole and We Clean laundry brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall business performance, translate objectives into operational plans and ensure continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support revenue growth, customer retention and brand development.
• Oversee service quality, productivity and procurement across all branches, standardising procedures and controlling costs.
• Own revenue, profitability, budgeting and cost‑control, reviewing financial reports and strengthening financial controls.
• Coach and develop department heads in Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales & Marketing and Expansion, setting KPIs and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience, including leadership of multi‑site or multi‑branch operations.
• Proven track record of managing business performance, budgets, KPIs and large operational teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to make decisive, data‑driven decisions.
