General Accounting Manager (CPA) – Up to 150k

About the role

The Accounting Manager (CPA) will lead the day‑to‑day accounting function for our organization in Pasay, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting strategic decision‑making. This full‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration with flexible work‑from‑home days.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise journal entries, general ledger maintenance and month‑end / year‑end closing processes.
• Prepare, review and present financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Maintain fixed‑asset schedules, manage capitalization, depreciation and asset reconciliations.
• Ensure internal controls and accounting policies are followed; coordinate external audit activities.
• Support tax and regulatory filings and liaise with auditors.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for management decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Required profile

• Active CPA license and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Several years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, familiarity with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Proven ability to manage month‑end, year‑end close and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail.
