Business Partner Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Partner Analyst to ensure accurate period closure, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide detailed financial analysis that drives decision‑making across the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, collect and validate data, consolidate plans, budgets and forecasts, and prepare first‑draft presentation packs and management reports.
• Develop and maintain the balanced scorecard, track performance against targets, manage working capital, and provide comparative and benchmark analysis to support business insights.
• Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards, draft commentary, ensure compliance with finance and accounting policies, and support internal, tax and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related business field; professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA or CIMA are advantageous.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail or a related sector with strong business and finance acumen.
• Excellent multitasking, time‑management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present findings clearly.
