General Accountant (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a General Accountant to join our finance team on the night shift in Mandaluyong City. You will handle a variety of record‑to‑report activities, from intercompany recharges to month‑end closing, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform intercompany recharges, goods‑in‑transit calculations, and long‑term debt reconciliations.
• Validate AP invoices, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues to avoid payment delays.
• Prepare and post journal entries, troubleshoot disputes, and ensure compliance of financial reports.
• Execute month‑end activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, and GL reporting.
• Support audit requirements by preparing supporting documentation.
• Assist in creating ad‑hoc reports and other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proactive attitude with a drive for results and teamwork.
