GDS SAP Alliance Operations Specialist - Assistant Director, Philippines

About the role

EY is hiring an Assistant Director for its GDS SAP Alliance Operations Specialist role in Taguig, Philippines. The position sits in the GDS Alliances Program Operations Center of Excellence and helps enable the strategic EY-SAP alliance through disciplined operations, business intelligence, financial and commercial reporting, partner program administration and executive-ready insights. It reports to the GDS SAP Operations Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Lead alliance operating rhythms, reporting governance and business review cadences, with clear ownership, metric definitions, action tracking and escalation paths.
• Analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance with Finance and business stakeholders, covering revenue, sales, pipeline, forecasts, opportunity progression, investment utilization and performance variances.
• Own executive-ready reports, scorecards, dashboards and insight packs, turning complex data into performance narratives, risks, recommendations and actions.
• Produce revenue, sales and pipeline visualizations, track prospects and priority opportunities, and support accurate SAP alliance tagging and opportunity management.
• Facilitate internal governance meetings and meetings with SAP, developing agendas and content, coordinating logistics, preparing leadership materials and capturing decisions.
• Administer SAP partner tools, portals and processes, including access requests, issue resolution, certification and competency tracking, and maintain partner-program records.
• Coordinate with investment, legal, finance and contracts stakeholders on market development funds, co-investment, agreement localization, reimbursement support and compliance reviews.
• Maintain SharePoint repositories, reporting calendars, SOPs, governance logs and version-controlled knowledge assets.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify use cases for approved Agentic AI to redesign workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Advance digital transformation using Power BI, SQL, Power Query and Power Automate.

Required profile

• Business-level familiarity with SAP's portfolio, including SAP S/4HANA and Cloud ERP, RISE with SAP, SAP Business Technology Platform, data and analytics, business AI and major line-of-business solutions.
• No hands-on technical implementation expertise required.
• Ability to turn complex operational and financial information into clear performance narratives and to partner with SAP alliance leadership, Finance, Sales, Markets and regional teams.
