Full‑Cycle Global Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

As a Full‑Cycle Global Recruiter you will own end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and non‑technical roles across multiple regions, working remotely with core overlap to Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for engineering, data, product, IT, G&A, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success positions.
• Build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, Boolean and X‑ray search techniques.
• Design and maintain structured interview kits, scorecards, and assessment rubrics.
• Set and monitor SLAs, track funnel metrics, and iterate processes to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain ATS hygiene, automate workflows, and provide regular pipeline updates to hiring teams.
• Coach interviewers on effective questioning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Proven ability to recruit internationally across multiple time zones.
• High ownership, urgency, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience creating or refining scalable recruiting workflows.

Required skills

• ATS platforms (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse or similar).
• LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced Boolean search.
• X‑ray search techniques.
