Full Stack Developer (Python) – Hybrid, Pasay

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Full Stack Developer proficient in Python to join its hybrid team in Pasay. You will work on business‑critical web and mobile applications, including Progressive Web Apps, and integrate them with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications.
• Support and improve Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Integrate applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and the Flask framework.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
• Experience using Git or other version‑control systems.
• Ability to support and enhance existing production codebases.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Effective collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
