Freight Operator (Data Entry)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Freight Operator to handle data entry tasks for our logistics operations in Cebu. The role involves preparing, entering and verifying customer and client information while providing excellent support via email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare files and documents for computer entry and review them for deficiencies.
• Request additional data for incomplete documents.
• Enter data from source files into computer systems and forms.
• Input customer and client information, both textual and numerical.
• Respond to queries via email or phone with professional etiquette.
• Maintain accuracy and speed according to standard operating procedures.
• Resolve discrepancies using established procedures.
• Check completed work for accuracy and comply with data integrity and security policies.

Required profile

• High school graduate (or equivalent).
• Knowledgeable in advanced Excel and comfortable with technology.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to take initiative.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
• Flexible to work various shifts (day, night, graveyard).
