Freight Load Booker – Office Based in Cebu

About the role

The Freight Load Booker will source, negotiate, and secure profitable freight loads for our truck fleet using major US load boards and broker networks. This office‑based position supports the dispatch team to ensure seamless handoffs and minimize empty miles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and book profitable loads using US load boards such as DAT and Truckstop, as well as direct broker networks.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with US brokers to maximize revenue per mile.
• Prepare and manage broker onboarding packets, ensuring compliance and insurance documentation are complete.
• Coordinate closely with the Dispatch team to guarantee smooth load continuity for drivers.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Load Booker, Freight Broker Agent, or Logistics Coordinator in the US trucking sector.
• Proven track record of navigating US load boards and negotiating with American freight brokers.
• Strong knowledge of the US freight market and logistics processes.
• Basic math skills for calculating measurements, dimensions, and weights.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and fluent English communication.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work US PST night shifts.
