About the role
We are seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Shangri‑La Mactan, a 5‑star resort in Cebu. You will play a key part in delivering the high‑standard service that our guests expect, ensuring smooth restaurant operations and memorable dining experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the restaurant, including set‑up and breakdown.
- Provide high‑quality service to all restaurant guests.
- Maintain smooth operation of the assigned work section.
- Continuously look for ways to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Create an exceptional experience that reflects Shangri‑La’s signature hospitality.
Required profile
- Passion for food and beverage service.
- Enjoy delivering high‑quality guest service with a welcoming manner.
- Comfortable interacting with guests and customers.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
- Preferably experienced in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star hotel.
- Curious about new culinary trends and committed to serving food of the highest quality.
