Fitness Trainer

About the role

Viva Foods is seeking a full‑time Fitness Trainer to lead its employee wellness program at the Taguig campus. The role focuses on designing and delivering safe, effective fitness programs that support the health goals of staff and promote an active workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop individualized and group workout plans aligned with participants’ fitness levels and objectives.
• Conduct on‑site training sessions, demonstrating correct equipment usage and exercise techniques.
• Assess baseline fitness, monitor progress, and provide feedback and motivation.
• Maintain clean, organized workout areas and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with HR and management to integrate fitness activities into broader wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma (minimum); degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, Sports Science or related field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, and current CPR/First Aid.
• Proven experience delivering fitness training in corporate, hospitality or wellness settings.
• Professional appearance and ability to model a healthy, active lifestyle.
