Fitness Instructor

About the role

The Fitness Instructor will lead the fitness and wellness experience for guests at Mandarin Oriental Makati, a new 5‑star luxury hotel opening in 2026. You will deliver personalized training, ensure safe use of equipment, and support the overall operation of the Fitness Centre, swimming pool and Spa & Wellness facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, personalized fitness sessions and consultations for guests and members.
• Welcome guests, give facility orientations, and recommend exercise programmes aligned with individual goals.
• Supervise the Fitness Centre and pool areas, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
• Conduct personal training, fitness assessments and wellness activities as required.
• Monitor equipment condition, report maintenance needs and guide correct equipment usage.
• Handle guest enquiries, resolve issues promptly and uphold Mandarin Oriental’s service standards.
