Finishing Architect

About the role

The Lind Hotels is expanding its resort portfolio in Siargao and seeks a meticulous, licensed Finishing Architect to lead the final aesthetic phase of the project. This role is critical to delivering a flawless 5‑star experience for guests, ensuring every finish meets premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and architectural teams to guarantee precise installation of paint, flooring, cabinetry, millwork, and fixtures.
• Conduct daily site inspections to enforce strict quality control and compliance with building codes.
• Lead and coordinate specialized subcontractors, aligning their progress with the master schedule.
• Identify and resolve complex aesthetic or functional issues on‑site, providing immediate support to the construction team.
• Maintain detailed project reports, logs, and as‑built drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Manage the punch‑list process, tracking and resolving snags to ensure pristine handover of all spaces.
• Oversee handling, storage, and installation of high‑value finishing materials to minimize waste and uphold craftsmanship.

Required profile

• Licensed/registered architect with 8‑10 years of experience as a Finishing Architect or Finishing Engineer.
• Proven track record of delivering at least five 5‑star hotels, luxury resorts, or ultra‑high‑end residential projects.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage diverse tradespeople and specialized contractors.
• Willingness to be fully based in Siargao for the project duration and ability to start immediately.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp
• Proficient use of MS Office for detailed reporting
