Finisher (Manual Deburring Specialist)

About the role

Moog is looking for a Finisher to join its manufacturing team in Baguio City. The Finisher plays a key part in ensuring product quality by performing manual deburring, cleaning, polishing, and surface finishing tasks using hand tools and machines.

Key responsibilities

• Remove excess material, flash, nodules, and surface defects through manual deburring processes.
• Clean, polish, and blend surfaces to meet workmanship standards.
• Form radii and break edges as required by product specifications.
• Inspect finished parts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain tools and work area in a safe and organized condition.

Required profile

• Completed at least the 3rd year of an engineering program with a general machine shop course, OR a technology graduate major in machine shop (3 years), OR a high‑school graduate with a vocational machine‑shop course and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Strong eye‑hand coordination for precise finishing work.
