Financial Sales Associate

About the role

The Financial Sales Associate provides life‑insurance and wealth‑management solutions to the bank’s clients, working closely with branch sales and service teams. The role focuses on building long‑term client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Offer life‑insurance and wealth‑management products that meet clients’ protection, savings, and investment needs.
• Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to generate leads, convert prospects, and cross‑sell bank products.
• Prepare and maintain monthly sales call plans, daily call reports, and other management reports.
• Conduct client calls, sales presentations, and on‑site product demonstrations.
• Perform market and competitor analysis, client mapping, telesales, and referral promotion.
• Execute Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures as required.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy, customer‑protection, and regulatory policies, including completion of mandatory training.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences as directed by management.
