Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead the FP&A function for I.E. Medica, Inc., a Philippine pharmaceutical company. Based in Mandaluyong, this full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for shaping the company’s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update annual budgets, periodic forecasts and long‑term financial plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse financial performance, prepare variance and trend reports, and deliver data‑driven insights to senior management.
• Build and refine financial models to evaluate investments, new initiatives and cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support business cases for strategic projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, assist internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
• Proven experience in corporate or business‑unit level financial planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Financial modeling and budgeting/forecasting expertise.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms.
