Financial Operations Manager

About the role

The Financial Operations Manager will join Mastercard Transaction Services (MTS) to help translate business needs into end‑to‑end financially accepted operating models. Working closely with Finance, Controllership, Treasury, Product, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams, the role supports both day‑to‑day financial operational changes and strategic initiatives, especially the implementation of a new operating model (ONE HUB) that standardises platform infrastructure for scale.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project briefings from business teams and gather finance requirements.
• Proactively identify operational risks or design issues in new initiatives and embed finance requirements early.
• Lead finance‑related workstreams for cross‑functional projects such as new products, new financial flows, system improvements and process redesign.
• Drive project tasks from definition to execution, creating timelines, identifying dependencies and tracking deliverables.
• Coordinate across Finance, Controllership, Treasury, Product, Compliance, Operations and Technology to ensure alignment and operational readiness.
• Support the financial workstream of the ONE HUB operating model implementation, focusing on standardisation and scalability.

Required profile
