Managing Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services (Deploy)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant for its Advisors & Consulting Services Deploy practice. In this senior consulting role you will lead a portfolio of strategic projects that drive transformation for Mastercard’s global clients across payments, cards and related financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑impact projects, overseeing strategy, change initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Navigate complex interdependencies and shared resources while mitigating risks.
• Ensure delivery excellence and track benefits from identification through realization.
• Analyze cards and payments portfolio performance, benchmark results and translate insights into product, portfolio and commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders within Mastercard and client organizations to implement strategically important assets and services.

Required profile

• Strong program and change‑management expertise.
• Deep understanding of cards, payments or adjacent financial products.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary initiatives and drive measurable improvements.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience in performance benchmarking and insight‑driven recommendation formulation.
