Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will ensure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial reporting for Harlan + Holden’s entities. Acting as the first line of assurance, the role safeguards reliable balance‑sheet positions, surfaces risks early and supports operational execution across the luxury brand’s Southeast Asian expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and deliver statutory and management financial reports in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring and risk mitigation activities.
• Maintain robust financial controls, governance frameworks and audit‑ready documentation.
• Partner with business units to enable performance measurement and finance‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Significant experience in financial reporting, controllership and compliance within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate financial risks early.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
