Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the consolidation of subsidiaries for SMC and Top Frontier, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is based in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City and requires close collaboration with internal finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial data, BPC balances, and SEC reports of assigned subsidiaries for the SMC Consolidated Financial Statements.
• Prepare and monitor intercompany matching reports and assist in the preparation of income statement analytics per business unit.
• Compile and analyze schedules for Property, Plant & Equipment, Investment Property, and Intangible Assets.
• Prepare and review schedules for the Notes to the Financial Statements of SMC and Top Frontier.
• Support additional ad‑hoc tasks related to financial consolidation and reporting as required.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• One to three years of experience in accounting or auditing.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.

Required skills

• SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) for financial data review and reporting.
