Financial Advisor – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Manulife Philippines is seeking a full‑time Remote Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive financial guidance to individual and group clients. You will assess financial goals, recommend suitable products, and build personalized financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand objectives and risk tolerance.
• Review existing policies, portfolios, and financial statements.
• Develop and propose strategies for savings, protection, investments, and retirement planning.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare financial projections, reports, and performance analyses.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and Manulife product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leverage digital tools to deliver compliant advisory services.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance and financial advisory with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in financial and retirement planning, developing tailored strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Knowledge of investment products, portfolio review, diversification, and long‑term wealth building.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills with a client‑focused, ethical approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and use digital platforms for client engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management in the Philippine market is beneficial.
