Finance Transformation Consultant

About the role

The Finance Transformation Consultant will partner with global clients to redesign, modernise and optimise finance functions. The role blends deep finance expertise with hands‑on experience in ERP platforms and specialised finance tools to drive technology‑led transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct As‑Is assessments across Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash and FP&A processes.
• Identify gaps, design To‑Be processes and develop Target Operating Models covering people, process and technology.
• Support implementation of ERP solutions such as SAP and Oracle, and finance tools like OneStream and Blackline.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases and ROI models; perform maturity and feasibility assessments.
• Lead design, build, test and deployment phases, including SIT, UAT and defect resolution, and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Facilitate workshops, coordinate with global stakeholders and enhance reporting and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of experience in finance transformation or EPM consulting.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A) and financial close controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
