About the role
Feedwell is seeking a Finance Manager to join its growing Australian food business on a stable, full‑time, long‑term basis. The position is 100% remote, based in the Philippines, and will operate in line with Sydney business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the established Philippines finance team of three professionals.
- Help build and strengthen the group finance function across the organisation.
- Manage day‑to‑day financial operations using Xero and Cin7.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with both local and Australian requirements.
Required profile
- Ability to work remotely from the Philippines while aligning with Sydney business hours.
- Experience in leading finance teams or managing finance functions.
