Finance Manager – Onsite in Jaen, Philippines

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our office in Jaen, Nueva Ecija. This hands‑on role will involve daily processing, coding, reconciling, and reporting of financial transactions while working closely with the Australian leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Process and code transactions accurately across all accounts
• Manage end‑to‑end accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and distribute client invoices promptly
• Handle supplier and staff payments
• Produce financial reports, including P&L and cash‑flow summaries
• Reconcile accounts and close jobs in the system
• Support and guide one to two finance assistants
• Liaise with Australian leadership on reporting and financial queries
• Maintain accurate records and up‑to‑date documentation

Required profile

• Solid, hands‑on experience in an accounts or finance role
• Proficiency in MYOB (essential)
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Experience supervising or supporting junior team members
• Willingness to work in an office environment in Jaen
