Finance Manager – Local Operations

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of Jardine Service Centre Philippines, ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements while delivering accurate financial reporting. This senior position partners with business leaders to provide insights that support strategic and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations and month‑end / year‑end closing processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, analysing performance and recommending actions.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory and regulatory requirements and coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Design, implement and monitor internal control systems, addressing audit findings and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• In‑depth knowledge of local taxation, statutory reporting and accounting standards.
• Experience managing audits and working with regulatory authorities.
