Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of Jardine Service Centre Philippines, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while delivering accurate financial reporting. This role partners with business leaders to provide insights that support strategic and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
• Manage general ledger, account reconciliations and month‑end/year‑end closing processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities and analyse performance.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, regulatory and tax requirements; manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants and government agencies.
• Design, implement and monitor internal control systems, conduct reviews and lead remediation of audit findings.
• Oversee treasury functions, cash flow monitoring, banking relationships and cash‑management strategies.
• Manage corporate tax compliance, coordinate tax audits and identify tax‑efficiency opportunities.
• Lead and develop the finance team and act as a business partner to provide financial insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial management, controllership and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of local statutory, regulatory and tax compliance.
• Experience designing internal controls and managing audit processes.
• Background in treasury, cash‑flow management and tax planning.
• Leadership experience in developing finance teams and partnering with business units.
