Finance Head

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Head to lead the finance and accounting function of a fast‑growing Philippine real‑estate services and flexible workspace group. This senior leader will own the financial engine, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong governance across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process and produce timely, accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax and regulatory obligations, coordinating with auditors and tax consultants.
• Strengthen internal controls, design SOPs, approval workflows and financial governance processes.
• Oversee treasury activities, cash monitoring, payment governance and provide visibility on collections and cash position.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and operational discipline.
• Support ERP and finance‑system implementation, driving process automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior finance controller or head of finance in a multi‑entity environment.
• Hands‑on leader who builds structure, enforces discipline and improves controls.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on integrity and operational excellence.
• Ability to partner cross‑functionally with leadership, operations, HR and business units.
