Finance Head / Financial Controller for Fast‑Growing F&B Chain

About the role

The Finance Head / Financial Controller will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, inventory controls, cash management, business analysis, and financial systems for a rapidly expanding food‑and‑beverage chain with locations in BGC and Makati.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections; develop store‑level and company‑wide financial models.
• Analyze business performance, identify profitability opportunities, and present clear explanations of results, trends, and key drivers to management.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and store‑level P&L statements.
• Monitor food cost, labor cost, operating expenses, and overall profitability; recommend cost‑saving measures.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems, investigate variances, and coordinate regular audits.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital requirements, accounts payable, and payment controls.
• Support expansion projects by preparing financial projections, feasibility studies, investor presentations, and fundraising materials.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering strong controls and financial discipline across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, inventory controls, cash management, and business analysis.
• Ability to work closely with ownership and department heads to improve profitability and support growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost control and financial discipline.
