Finance Executive (FP&A)

About the role

Play a vital role in supporting the business by maintaining and controlling operating profit, cost management, CAPEX, and annual planning/budgeting. Provide support to the manager of Business Planning and Credit Management and coordinate with the regional finance team for financial and management reports.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily GL close, reconcile the trading platform versus GL and clear suspense accounts.
• Assess cost on a daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis using current and historical data to forecast fixed and variable costs.
• Prepare digital tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle Hyperion to generate financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate and improve processes that support operating profit.
• Oversee high‑visibility financial analysis to prevent unexpected cost surges.
• Communicate with top management on cost‑reduction and profit‑maximisation strategies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools for process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a related business field.
• 2–3 years of finance experience, with 1–2 years in planning & control considered an advantage.
• Strong interest in financial statements (P&L, revenue, costs, savings), forecasting and budgeting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Automation preferred but not required.
