About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Controller to lead our financial operations in Pasig, Philippines. The successful candidate will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Develop, monitor, and optimise budgets to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Analyse financial data to support strategic decision‑making.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk‑management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within a retail‑focused company.
• CPA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
