Finance Business Partner Specialist

About the role

The Finance Business Partner Specialist provides financial insight, analysis, and partnership to business units, acting as a bridge between Finance, Operations, and Support groups. This role enables informed decision‑making and supports both strategic and operational objectives across South Luzon and Metro Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium‑term planning processes.
• Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to assess risks and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance drivers.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to evaluate cost impacts and drive efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA preferred).
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
• Experience in business partnering, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/tools.
