Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will join the FP&A team reporting to the Head of FP&A for International. You will work across the APAC region, providing financial insight and analysis to senior management and supporting the sales team during a period of transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance business partner for APAC, delivering insight, analytics and performance support.
• Produce monthly revenue and P&L reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for the full P&L, including detailed modelling and presentation to regional and global leaders.
• Present financial performance, forecasts and variance analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to validate data and provide decision‑support analysis.
• Support implementation and validation of new systems such as the CRM.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, support audits and address any compliance issues.

Required profile

• 2+ years of post‑qualifying experience as a finance business partner.
• Experience supporting a sales team and delivering budgeting/forecasting cycles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
