Figma Designer – Remote (South Africa & Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Figma Designer to join a fast‑growing, founder‑led e‑commerce group based in Scandinavia. The role is fully remote, supporting multiple direct‑to‑consumer brands and operating on EU‑aligned working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality designs in Figma for website sections, landing pages, product pages, galleries, email marketing assets, and general brand visuals.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into clean, conversion‑focused designs.
• Support ongoing design needs across several e‑commerce brands.
• Assist with light project coordination, managing tasks, timelines, and priorities.
• Collaborate with a small team of designers to ensure consistency and quality.
• Nice to have: help implement designs in WordPress/Elementor.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant, high‑quality design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience working with e‑commerce brands.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
