Fieldwork Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

M3 USA is hiring a Fieldwork Coordinator for its M3 Global Research unit, which provides market research recruitment and support services to clients in more than 70 countries. The role covers all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market and supports Project Managers in delivering studies according to client specifications. It is a remote position open to candidates in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project tasks such as link setup and testing, setting up and delivering study invitations through custom tools, managing exclusion lists and reconciling incentives.
• Build sampling plans and control sampling from internal invites to custom recruitment, and liaise with other teams to use internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails and other solutions.
• Review projects regularly, report on sampling and custom recruitment performance, and propose alternative sampling strategies when internal panels are insufficient.
• Track, monitor and report sampling performance at project level, and support PMs in closing projects and preparing them for invoicing.
• Set up dynamic audiences on projects according to client specifications.
• Hold internal or external pretest/pilot interviews for clients, taking notes and checklists during meetings with PMs and sharing them afterwards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
• 0 to 1 year of market research experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with basic math skills (e.g. calculating incidence rate, response rates).
• Willingness to work US shift hours (Eastern Time Zone); resume must be submitted in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel) and proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork and time management, and ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
