Senior Project Manager, Market Research (Remote)

About the role

M3 USA is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its M3 Global Research unit, which provides market research recruitment and support services to clients in more than 70 countries. The role acts as a communication and relationship liaison between M3, its clients and the teams involved in completing each project, managing every aspect of the project on time and within budget. It suits someone with experience in international online market research focused on healthcare, sampling, survey recruitment and cross-team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international quantitative and qualitative market research projects through their full life cycle, handling clients, partners, healthcare professional samples and consumer samples.
• Work with teams to set up and test survey links and redirects, prepare and send samples, run quality and audit checks, and handle respondent inquiries and honoraria.
• Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings so all parties understand specifications, client needs, timelines and responsibilities.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure accurate, timely deliverables and resolve issues.
• Monitor data collection productivity and quality, and report regularly on project status.
• Manage study profitability by tracking all project costs against the budget.
• Partner with sales and operations staff to recommend improvements to research study performance.
• Work independently to support international teams outside normal US EST business hours.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in market research project management, preferably in the medical/healthcare field.
• Self-motivated, with strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Able to manage several online research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment with moving deadlines.
• Willingness to work US EST hours and to submit the resume in English.

Required skills

• Basic math skills, including calculating incidence rate, response rate, honoraria and profit.
• Very strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
