Field Customer Expert

About the role

The Field Customer Expert will drive new business growth by attracting and winning new clients within an assigned territory. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to converting prospects into long‑term customers, while ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients through regular visits, product updates, and client events.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships by addressing client support needs and requests.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings and exhibitions to promote products and generate leads.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and new product developments to stay ahead.
• Educate customers on the financial and professional benefits of the company’s offerings.

Required profile

• College graduate in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a manual 4‑wheel vehicle.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the sales territory.
