Field Collections Officer – Rizal/Antipolo

About the role

Salmon is seeking a Field Collections Officer to join its growing team in the Rizal‑Antipolo area. You will be responsible for visiting clients at their homes or businesses to recover overdue payments and help them arrange manageable payment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients' residences or businesses to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers who are behind on their bills.
• Maintain follow‑up with clients to ensure payment deadlines are met.
• Document every visit and interaction, keeping client information accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the legal team when legal action is required for unresolved cases.

Required profile

• Experience in debt collection or a similar customer‑facing role (1 year preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or field‑based positions is an asset.
• Knowledge of financial or debt recovery processes is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients professionally, empathetically, and persuasively.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate payment arrangements.
