Field Audit Engineer – QA/QC Roads & Drainage

About the role

We are looking for a Field Audit Engineer to lead QA/QC activities for roads and drainage projects. The role involves on‑site technical supervision, documentation, and coordination with contractors to ensure project objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site works, including subcontractor activities, safety, and quality control.
• Conduct site inspections, maintain accurate documentation, and report progress against timelines.
• Attend project meetings, liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor risks, update the project Risk Log, and propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare regular project reports, managerial updates, and support financial assessments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Support knowledge transfer and adhere to company QA and BMS procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of multidisciplinary infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work on a project‑base in Manila.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Ability to work with AutoCAD.
• Experience in risk assessment, environmental impact assessment, site supervision, and contract administration.
