Facility Management Supervisor

About the role

The Facility Management Supervisor ensures that site‑specific operations, maintenance, and security standards are consistently applied. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, this role coordinates daily building services, oversees minor remodels, and acts as the Safety and Pollution Control Officer for the site.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain facility‑operations standards set by the Facilities Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor execution of interior and exterior maintenance, security, and house services.
• Gather information from internal (e.g., IT, end‑user computing) and external (vendors, IFMA) sources to support problem‑resolution and decision‑making.
• Monitor vendor/contractor compliance with contracts and report non‑compliance.
• Assist with site‑specific program activities such as seat allocation and building moves.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other internal teams to meet facility‑related needs (computer configuration, telecom, furniture).
• Control facility inventory, including storage, transfer, and liquidation of furniture and fixtures.
• Oversee minor remodeling or reconfiguration projects and coordinate building moves.
• Prepare and update standard reports for data analysis.
• Serve as Safety Officer and Pollution Control Officer, ensuring compliance with government policies.

Required profile

• Willingness to work onsite with a shifting schedule.
• Ability to act quickly on corrective actions or escalate issues.
• Strong coordination skills with internal departments and external vendors.
• Readiness to start as soon as possible.
