Facilities Officer

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a Facilities Officer to oversee the daily operations and physical infrastructure of its Makati workspace. You will ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment that supports the company’s mission to improve the health of millions of Filipinos.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, manage repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to guarantee operational safety and structural compliance.
• Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with third‑party vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Evaluate and implement design and layout enhancements to improve workplace comfort, space planning, and functionality.
• Manage operational databases for office asset tracking and execute procurement and replenishment of office supplies.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing facility auditing, repair management, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional departments and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills for managing assets, databases, and vendor contracts.
