Export Business Development Manager

About the role

The Export Business Development Manager will lead Fourtify Inc.’s expansion into new international markets for its snack and beverage portfolio. Based in Parañaque, this full‑time position focuses on identifying export opportunities, building distributor relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute export business plans targeting new markets.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and forecast demand.
• Negotiate commercial terms with international distributors and partners.
• Coordinate pricing, product availability, logistics and regulatory compliance with internal teams.
• Track performance against targets and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth market entry and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Proven business development and sales track record in FMCG or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, export documentation and compliance.
• Experience in market analysis, forecasting and data‑driven go‑to‑market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or equivalent experience.
• Previous export or international sales experience in food, beverage or consumer goods is a plus.
